A Plague Tale: Requiem Achieves 3 Million Players; New Asobo Studios Project Confirmed

Focus Entertainment and Asobo Studios have announced that A Plague Tale: Requiem has achieved over three million players worldwide. Immense congratulations to the teams for reaching this feat.

Additionally, the publisher confirmed that they will work with Asobo Studios on a new project, though it has not yet been specified.

We’ll keep you all updated on this developer’s next steps.

A Plague Tale Requiem follows Amicia and Hugo, who are traveling to a new region in the south in an attempt to start a new life and learn more about Hugo’s curse. However, his powers may be tied to death and destruction as a flood of rats follows them.

The siblings must run again, but this time, they will put up a fight. Players can stealthily navigate areas and take down enemies using a variety of weapons. Further, Hugo’s powers can be used to avoid encounters and get through areas unharmed.
