A Magical High School Girl to Receive Limited Edition Physical Release on Switch

Sekai Games and Strickly Limited games have partnered to publish the physical release of the illuCalab-developer adventure A Magical High School Girl on Nintendo Switch.

A Magical High School Girl is a rogue-like RPG that features an isometric turn-based system and follows a girl who finds herself in a magical world. However, now that she’s in, she needs to get out.

There’s a Collector’s Edition with 1,300 copies available, which includes a large reusable poster, artbook, sticker sheet, acrylic standee, and some back-to-school goodies along with a Switch copy of the game. The Limited Edition will have 1,700 copies available worldwide, which includes the game. Pre-orders open on October 25 at the Strictly Limited Games website.

A Magical High School Girl was first released in 2016 on Steam and came to Switch in 2018. The game is a straightforward roguelike that allows players to explore the environment and fight off monsters using magic. The game has some interesting features that revolve around creating new magic attacks, and additional abilities can be found by clearing dungeons and combine magic.

It’s a cute game that I didn’t expect to receive a physical release, but it’s here now, so if your a physical-only gamer, this is for you.
